Group Walks...Our Most Popular Program
We specialize in small group walks to promote safety, fun and individual attention. For this reason the maximum number of dogs in a group is 4. We visit different locations and the dogs love it. All our Walkers are well versed in breed specific and know what it takes to ensure that your dog is safe, happy and looking forward to their next Recess. We also manage groups depending on size, age and activity level. This program is proven to help dogs overcome fears, trust issues and social skills, thanks to the good hands and big hearts of our Petsathome® Staff. We require your dog joins in on a minimum of 2 walks per week.
Doggy DayCare Adventures
Monday thru Friday your dog is invited to participate in a day full of fun with “new and safe” doggie friends. Travelling to parks, fun play spaces its all outdoors for these guys and girls. They love it and wait patiently at the door for us to arrive. They all go home tired and happy. June, July and August DayCare is offered every Tues./Wed./Thurs. September thru May DayCare is available 5 days a week. We require your dog joins in on a minimum of 2 DayCares per week.
Have a new addition to family? If you have a puppy that needs a break or two during the day while you’re at work, but isn’t quite ready for group walks with the big boys, Puppy LetOuts are the perfect alternative. It is a fabulous 20 minute Private Service that is geared to customizing all the TLC and time with your Puppy that is required by your Puppy. This service is a must for any Pup 7 - 12 weeks of age. We are highly qualified to understand and meet the needs of your puppy with patience, knowledge and TLC which in turn builds trust for the puppy when dealing with humans other than family members. We are usually one of the first people your Puppy will come into contact with outside of family members. We take this opportunity very serious as these weeks are so important in a Puppys development.
Visits are approximately 15- 20 min, and include litter scooping, feeding, refilling water dish and (of course) cuddling and playing with your cat! We love cats, are knowledgeable in the physical and emotional care for your family pet.
Sometimes a dog cannot be walked with other dogs. Some reasons may include age, injury, post op, size, lack of obedience training, bad/dangerous habits (eating garbage or swallowing foreign objects) that require individual attention. Each walk is 30 minutes. Our eyes are trained to watch for any signs from the dogs that will tell us how they are feeling physically, and our reflexes are trained to for-see any dangers and keep them out of your dogs mouths!!
Professional pet sitting reduces the stress of staying in an unfamiliar environment like someone's home or a boarding facility or kennel, which may upset your pet. With Petsathome.ca your pet stays in its own familiar secure environment where all the sights, smells and sounds say "I’m Home".
Post Op, Sick or a recovering doggie or kitty??
Caught in a late meeting, stuck in traffic, winter weather keeps you in the city??
